Weeke Primary School

Achievement For All

Playground Cops

Bullying is bad for everyone: the victim, anyone who sees it and the bully. We want everyone at Weeke Primary School to be treated with respect. We want people to stay safe and happy.

We work with a team of other children 'COPS' (Concerns, Open them up and Play Safe) – you will be able to spot them as they will be wearing black and white caps. We also have a worry box for children to share any concerns.

This year we have run assemblies, worked with children in Year 3 and also presented information to our Governors.

We enjoy helping the children at Weeke Primary School understand more about bullying and we make sure there is always a friendly smile and a listening ear.

Lucy and Isobel

On the 9th of October we went to a conference at Winchester Vineyard Centre where we talked and presented two videos to show our job at school as well as talking about what we do. The theme of the Conference was about our rights and how we deserve a safe life. There were many activities including a dance group, drama and discussions. Please click here to see the slides we showed.*

Here are some photos we took at the event and the two YouTube videos of us talking!
